I purchased couple of products at this con website and was in for a terrible time.
After couple of days on placing the order, I called them and asked them the update on the product. The support is so pathetic as if it appears you are calling a local kirana store. Believe me even the local kirana store is better. I literally called them almost every day and they dont even have proper customer support people. Only 2 people who handle the entire support, Vandana and Usha. They kept saying that product is not available and I insisted that they should refund the money to me if they don’t have the product and to that it was like I abused them when I asked for a refund.
Suddenly the tone changed and they dont care enough. I also tried speaking to their founder Manu Grover and even he is least bothered. Forget about coming on the call, he doesn’t even bother to respond. All this website does and very smart at that is, they will take the order of out of stock products and make you beg for delivery and if you ask for a refund you suddenly become enemy.
- Till this day I have been running pillar to post for the refund and all I keep getting to know is from these 2 stupid nincompoop and unprofessional ladies at the support that I will get a call.
Try confronting them and they will bang the phone on your face. Please be away from this con website.
They are cheater number 1.
