Some time back I had purchased weighing scale from Snapdeal, product was delivered to my address within the time frame shared with me.
When the product was delivered, I was not available at my home, I was out of station for some official work, product was delivered to my parents.
My parents are too old they & also they are not familiar with the kind of stuff I had bought, therefore nobody checked it.
When I returned from my official tour, I checked the weighing scale, but it was not getting on, initially I though it was due to died battery & hence I inserted a new battery in the machine, even though it did not work.
Finally I approached Snapdeal to change the machine, but they did not registered my complaint, as I was calling them after 2 months, I had paid around INR-1, 000 to purchase the product, I thought it was a wastage of the money.
Then I called Healthgenies customer care & informed them the issue, they took my complaint very seriously, they not only replaced the product, but they kept updating me about the progress through mails.
