They will promptly call you back initially to offer you all the tests. I booked three RTPCR tests, made the payment of Rs. 3600. Later I decided to cancel due to some reasons. But it’s just impossible to reach these MoFos. But it’s just impossible to cancel a booking.
1) No option to cancel the booking online
2) Called up the customer care number, chose to cancel, was sent a link, but it doesn’t work
3) No option to talk to anyone who can help
4) Installed their app to see if I can cancel there, but it even the OTP verification doesn’t work so unable to login
5) Tried their chat window but no response
This is a completely FRAUD company. I just wasted my money. Please NEVER EVER try Healthians.
