1) Firstly RTPCR executive was in a rush to finish the test and go away from the sample pick up facility, without confirming the funds was transfered or received by his company or not.
2) then gave me a call in the evening informing to pay me again and threatening me, if I dont pay, the sample will not submitted. causing immense frustration.
3) I will not recommend healthians to anyone, had a very very stupid and bad experience with them.
