I ordered ON platinum hydro whey last month but received a fake product so I requested a refund, I had to wait for a month to get any assistance.
After a month or so they arranged a reversal for the product on 7th of August and now, it has been over 15 days I haven’t received any response. I am tried of emailing them but they are not even responding to them.
The Money has been taken, The product has also been taken Back and I am left with nothing.
I request you guys not to go for this horrible site. I am just filling a complaint against this site to the consumer Forum, It is my turn now to give them a bad time. . . Had enough. . .
