I’ve been an early user of Health-kart since inception of this site, I’m a very frequent online shopper. I’d referred it to my friends & family they are also using it. Even though I’ve been using HK for long time but I’d not made any reviews yet about HK however my last experience was awesome & compelled me to write this review.
Coming to the point I ordered a Tricycle & a Stroller for my niece as birthday gift. As usual lowest cost compared to any other site icing on the cake was the surprise goodies came along with it. though delivery took some time compared to metro cities but that’s acceptable for city like Nashik.
Now comes the best part due to some technical problem the I’d requested for return/replacement;customer service exec Mr Shashank & Bharat not only arranged the reverse pickup & followed up for same but also expressed sincere regret for inconvenience to my Sister(believe me he saved my face over there). Finally raised a replacement for higher model as the same was not available & put it on priority.
Its truely a family experience.
