HI GUYS, HEALTHKART.COM:I ordered my product from Healtkart on 9th SEP 2016 and got a confirmation that by 15th SEP 2016 it will be delivered. But when I tried to track the product there was no information. They had shipped my product with a third grade courier company who doesn’t have any customer care neither any information on website. When I contacted Healthkart regarding this on 12th Oct they were also not able to track this product. So they said with 48 hrs they will update me but neither I got my product nor Healthkart bothered to update me. So on 14th again I contacted but then again same old story no one knows any where about of my shipment. now this is a very serious concern because who knows my product can get replace by a fake one in transit because its not a small amount(Rs 12000/-). So either company has to recheck there policy and verify the logistics team which they have selected or else customer has to find a reliable supplier for there supplements.I suggest you to avoid this site.Thank you, have a nice day.
