Without Any Proof?

This is Ruth Hsu,


Had a horrible experience working with the healthkart.com. Joined healthkart in the month of Jan 18th 2013. Joined in a chat process as a customer support in a chat process then moved back to the email department in the month of May. The disgusting part of the company is that, they have thrown me out from the company without any proof why I have been asked to leave, the only reason which the manager and the TL gave is because I have made 2-3 errors in the mail that’s why I have been asked to resign.


I have worked with 2 different international companies but never ever had any issue such as healthkart gave a reason. I believe all the companies have the policy of issuing the WARNING LETTER to the employs who is not doing according the requirement.


If the employees are making a mistake we all should be given a chance to improve, by telling them verbally will not work as a proof. But in my case healthkart have just made a excuse to throw me out because I have made an error in the mail which give no sense. What about the appreciation mail which customer has share, does any of the management notice that?


I don’t think company like healthkart will do that. There are employs who use abusive language on the call but they are not fired and Rakhee, Umang tend to ignore their mistake why is so? Are they like a secret secretary for then or wt? Are they so special for TL and the Manager.


I strongly believe that whatever job I was doing I did it with all my heart and gave best to it, did not take a single unnecessary leave all this 6 month. I don’t think it’s a wise thing to play with any of the employs like this because people can have a different different problem. I think management and team leader should respect the customer support team. There should be a at least one or two warning letters should be issued to give the employs a chance to improve or else give them the prior notice so that they can search a different job.


My parents has left India a month ago, leaving with a parents past 1 month as wants to support my self with a little salary which is being paid, now currently am jobless who will bear the cost?  Will healthkart pay my rent and my medical treatment? Will healthkart give me back the job which I lost. It not easy to get a new job, it will at least take 1-2 months for me to get a job! Can healthkart pay me salary of the entire month of August?


The interesting part is that on 6th of August I came for my office worked for a whole day till evening , and before my 20 min of logout all of a sudden BHARAT called me in the conference room and there was Umang manager and  Hr said that "RUTH you are no more coming from tomorrow as we have read your mail and there was an error” Is that a joke?


The whole day you let me work and just 20 min of logout you are telling me to write an resignation mail? You all could have told me in the morning or in the evening? This is unfair for me! Giving me a stupid excuse for throwing me out. I believe it has happened to different employees also.


No company has the rights to kick the employees without any proof! Will anyone give a solution to my problem of being treated unjustly? I have been treated so unfair without any proof in healthkart and I will not recommend to any one of my family or friends to join healthkart.


I demand full salary for the month of August. I have rights to fight as the company have no proof for my justice. I have shared my feedback on Facebook but have got no solution yet...
