Have been going through many reviews and saw many negative reviews about HK.
Well I’m a frequent HK buyer and my monthly shopping is around 7-8K, I’m using HK to order products since 2 years and I haven’t been disappointment till now.
Never got any product nearing expiry, damaged, broken, fake or anything.Product delivery was on time, the only time taken was when it is being dispatched rest it just takes 2 days to reach my city.
Another good thing about HK I have personally experienced is that the Customer care services are too good, they promptly reply to my queries, help me out in any possible thing. Offers are great specially the CASH back scheme and a single day DEAL .At times it also happened that I wanted to cancel some orders, and the money too was refunded without any problem.
I have rated 4 stars for this, I could have given 5 but I didn’t as their rates are too fluctuating and there are no special deals for a frequent buyers.Overall HK is a great site and undoubtedly you can order anything you want.
