I ordered for a product(ISO SOILD GYM BALL) under COD expecting this website name(Health kart) shall be delivering good product to customer satisfaction. Order no-1714397-524583, but when the product arrived and was opened found it was undersized and also the name of the reputed company brand just put on the product by sticker and no brand name on the carton. Size ordered was not mentioned on the item and a sticker of the ordered size was pasted in the carton.
I immediately contacted them and informed them by phone for which I was told to send an email with photo attachment of the item and I complied and got a reply that they will do reverse pickup and do the needful. Since the item was urgent for medical reasons to work out for my handicap son I contacted them again to pick up the product and simultaneously deliver the correct sized product, but while talking to them I came to understand that specific size not available in stock, so I requested for reverse pickup as well as refund my money as I arranged urgently from other sources and it was promised the whole process shall get completed in 7 to 10 days time.
Now the product was picked up on 09.09.2013 vide AWB NO:HKR 0828 by one Mr Dhiraj and I send the scanned copy of the document to them by email instantly for which there was one reply that they will do the needful as soon as they get the product in their godown. Afterwards, I have already send two reminders email as well as spoke to them but it seems nothing seems to be moving. It is 20 days now after the item was picked up.
I am badly disappointed as well worried for so many others who are new, just believing on the name(Health kart) and order any product with them on line and get cheated.
