Healthy way for hair care

Hair care,


Majority of the people have problem of falling hairs & whiteness of hairs irrespective of whether its male or female.


Causes: its said that it may be due to some deficiencies of vitamins in body or some eyesight problem or due to due severe diseases like cancer, etc. A lay person can think all the above reasons at same time when all of sudden his or her hairs started falling or colour of hair changes.


I have prepared a proper schedule for hair care in concern with specialists & beauticians &yogists that how can u beter care for ur hair.


I have long black hairs but I too face this problem but know my hairs are healthy and fine


Various steps:

  1. Early in the morning do yoga medication for atleast half an hour.And rub nails of ur opposite hand fingers against each other for 15 to 20 minutes.it will make ur hairs long

  2. Dont change ur shampoo all of sudden means if ur using shampoo which is cream based or dry shampoo or conditoner+shampoo.or simple shampoo method of applying shampoo_ remember dont apply shampoos in excess as its taken conventionally that too much foam means more shiny hairs it may harm ur hair.

Aas foam is due to presence of surfactant in shampoo. It is added to flush the dust off.

  1. Dont wash hairs with too cold or hot water.

  2. For white hairs apply the following paste before shampooing:

Take heena and add some tea water make a paste in an iron bowl keep the paste whole night and apply with brush keep it for 20 minutes and wash with water than apply shampoo.


(if colour of henna not liked by u than add some akhrout powder in paste ).

  1. Those people dont have dry hair they can apply amla&ritha paste.

  2. Massage ur hairs with hair oil atleast two times a week better if before applying shampoo.

  3. Take adequate diet full of vitamins & minerals, green vegetables etc.

Hair care products:


# hair shampoos ___head& shoulder , clinic all clear, pantene pro vitamin-b5, ayur, vatikaetc.


# remember while changing shampoo hair may continue to fall for 1week, than may be stable if not stop


using &consult doctor.


# anti dandruff shampoo _may be using any but must contain _zinc pyridine thione, piroctone


olamine etc. As their ingredient.


# conditioners: must have proteins, silicones, chitosen etc apply after shampooing.


Types of conditioners on basis of type of hairs: contain ingredients


cationic conditioner


composite conditiner


non_quaternary conditioner


less common cationic conditioner


clear conditioners_---------- are best of all as contain less colours


perfumes chemicale but more naturally nourish hairs.


## hot oil, tonics, &other conditioners


hot oils nither hot nor oily but these are a simple blend of oils,


including exotics such as avocado, wheatgern, rosehip, jojoba.


Can be effective when applied hot to dry hairs.
