People have wrong notion about weight loss. They usually follow the crash diet formula, which can not be right way to loose weight. I usually notice, people to crack a diet chart for some days and when they dont see any useful improvement in their health, they get disappointed.
So my humble request is, people should take their weight loss activity sincerely, which must be interesting and scientifically proven.
The main activity to loose weight is EXERCISE. It can be Pranayam, aerobics and so on. In that case I want to mention the benefit of DANCE. Dancing can be a good exercise for all over your body, and its an interesting way too, that does not decrease your motivation.
I want to mention a healthy drink, which I take everyday in the morning. Take one glass of warm water. Add one table spoon honey and two table spoons lemon juice with it. Its a very helpful drink. It helps to reduce weight as well as increase glamor on face.
Herbal tea( like Green Tea) can be a good example of weight loss.
At last but not the least dont avoid protein and carbohydrate from your daily meals. People take Vegan Diet to loose weight but I am telling you, every vitamins and minerals is necessary for our health. So do not skip any of these but take it in limited and scientific way
