Solution to healthy life

Obesity is one of the major factor which many people try to tackle but fail.In fact It is a dangerous problem that causes serious health related issues. There are simple methods to control this problem.Some of them are


Not eating food will not help in weight loss, Unless you want to starve yourself for 3, 4 days which is a very bad idea.Besides that try not to avoid breakfast which is the most important meal of the day.


Try to take timely meals, Studies shows that taking meals at wrong time can cause obesity.


Do eat lot of vegetables and fruits which are rich in fiber.


Drink lot of water.


Try to make you body active, do some workouts and exercises.Well you don’t have to waste a lot of time still do it regularly.


To not try to totally stop food you love because you can’t after all you are a human.


Try avoiding alcohol, drinking these are said to increase obesity.


Weight loss is a slow process, You can’t expect magic.It takes patience.
