It worked for me

I have had a problem with my weight for years. Being five foot tall I should only weigh about one hundred and five pounds. Here in the real world things aren’t that simple.

Having some problems, I put on a lot of weight.

My little five foot frame was packing around a 185 pounds of fat. My doctor had been after me to lose weight so this is what I did.

I started out by adding more exercise to my life. I walk and ride a bike. Most important I cleaned my house from top to bottom.

The second thing I did was to change the way I eat. I quit eating potato chips, sweets are a once in a while thing.

I added more vegetables and less red meat.

The third thing I did was to trick my body. While my family would use a full size dinner plate to eat their meals

I used a salad plate. I would put my food on the plate and that would be all that I would have to eat.

I never felt deprived, I was still eating most of the foods that I loved just not as much.

It took me 12 months but I took off 55 pounds and I felt great. I had more energy, I wanted to do more things but most of all I was happy with myself.

I will never weigh 105 pounds again but I do have a nice figure if I don’t say so myself.
