Oh my god! I just read the review about elance.com and this guy, Rich Morgan at heavysystems.com.

Lots of back and forth between the lady that wrote that review on Elance and the one she wrote here about Rich Morgan at HeavySystems. She writes about her experience with him and his company and about how he ripped her off and then he claims that she’s nothing but a liar who got a professional website for free. He sounds very convincing unless one reads everything and sees that things just don’t add up in his favor.
Rich Morgan even posted a link to his Elance profile/portfolio on mouthshut.com to prove to everybody that he has lots of satisfied customers. Here’s the link to his Elance profile

This link doesn’t always work. If you cut and past it to your browers-elance makes the link only go to their own home page. If that happens, just write "heavysystems" into the SEARCH window and it’s take you to his profile directly
Well, guess what? I went to his elance profile and saw for myself that he posts on his own profile a reference to the site he made for https://caregiversdirect.net. There’s a photo of the home page and everything.
He shows the caregiver.net and makes it look like there is a site search feature; there’s a testimonial from a satisfied customer; a log-in area, etc.
He also claims that he has such a great feedback rating with Elance.
Yet he hasn’t had a customer through Elance in 7 months! And he doesn’t have a 100% positive feedback. Most of his clients just didn’t leave any feedback at all, positive or negative. Maybe they just figured it was nicer to leave no feedback than to leave negative feedback. Also, you’ll see on Elance that only 17% of his customers are repeat customers! And even though he knows that Renee Moore at CaregiversDirect is not happy with his work on her website(by all of his rebuttal comments over the two reviews about him) he still keeps her great review of him that he convinced her to write almost a year ago and lists it as one of the 100% positive feedbacks he received. Amazing!
He writes that he finished the caregiversdirect.net website on June 5, 2007. She wrote him that great review on June 28, 2007. But the website that he shows that he did for her **is not the website that he uploaded to her hosting company.
The actual website at https://caregiversdirect.net is** NOT like what he shows on his own portfolio! But he expects us to believe that she later decided didn’t want all those functions but that he could keep the$2500 anyway and she was happy with the incomplete website he developed!
*NO WONDER SHE BELIEVED HIM WHEN HE SHOWED HER THAT FAKE WEBSITE AND TOLD HER THAT HE "WAS ALMOST FINISHED-SEE LOOK WHAT I’VE DONE, NOW GO AHEAD AND PAY ME IN FULL AND WRITE A REVIEW FOR ME WHILE YOU’RE AT IT"

*OMG! Rich Morgan is really manipulative!
He must have spent countless hours writing his comments on her reviews trying to make her look like nothing but a spoiled little brat who simply wasn’t getting her way! She was telling the truth all along! Just like she said-he sent her a link to a fake shell of a website, probably the one he has posted on his Elance profile -to induce her to believe that he was doing all this work. Which is why she paid him the balance due and wrote up a great review for him so that he’d upload it to her hosting company -because she believed him. Hell, I ALMOST believed him! Enough to at least wonder about the review enough to follow the links because it sounded just way too bizzare.
So I did follow his links and I’m in shock! Totally unbelieveable. He must think nobody’s going to check the links in his own rebuttal comments and that people won’t do more research. He thinks his written argument is all it takes to cast enough doubt on her story and that nobody would believe her. He does write well, but what he writes makes no sense to anybody with half a brain.
*I now understand why she’s is on this crusade to let people know the truth about Rich L Morgan (and his company heavysystems.com).

If you haven’t done so already, Renee, capture his Elance profile by saving it to your computer. You’ll definately win any lawsuit against him. He commented so many times in rebuttal to your reviews that he only ended up making himself look like a fool. You weren’t the fool to have believed him after all is said and done. He completely took advantage of your ignorance of website programming and took you for a ride!

*DrNate was right.Rich Morgan at heavysystem.com is a jerk. He’s more than a jerk, he’s evil and manipulative, plain and simple. And pretty dumb to have posted his profile link to Elance for everybody to check out.
