Hello all I am going to tell my experiences with tours&travels provider Heena group in Mumbai
I was once booked travel tickets for nepal and received it via post but when some of my family members were not interested in that tour so I decided to cancel my trip to nepal so I called them to cancel all my tickets but they are saying neglectingly to not cancel tickets I was very very fraustated with that replies from them and straightly went on to their office and asked them directly about the issue they are very neglecting about my issue and I was ordered them to cancel all tickets so they cancelled that tickets at last after my long struggle but they said to send my all money to me by the post but it was long time they did not sent all my money I again called them and they asking for the cancel order I said all the details asked by them and they said they look after it but it took long time to return all my money
