Very bad experience . Very rude staff . They don’t even give proper answer on call. No management at all. We were only two persons in our trip of Bhutan even if we told them to go in group. We booked 4 months ago but they informed us only fees days ago that we are only two persons to go on trip. They could have told us in more advance . Also we faced so many problems during trip for food and traveling . So overall I don’t suggest anyone to go with heena travels. Only big name nothing else
