I recently availed for movers service and paid extra to get high-quality packing by bubble wrap on an already packed box, to get extra protection.
Even after explicitly mentioning them about bubble wrap and Rajkumar Chaudhary assuring me that the items will be safe+ insurance was also given to me.
Once I received my luggage, it was packed with cheap plastic wrap which gives no protection and my luggage was damaged.
I informed about this to them, Rajkumar assured me of the refund, after months of asking he stopped responding to my text and message.
The office address is also fake when I sent Legal Notice to the company it bounced back.
After a month I called them from a different number to confirm the address, so I can send them legal notice then he talked in a really rude manner and cut my calls several times.
Not revealing his address and told me "Don’t waste my time"
Horrible customer service and only want to extract money from the customer by charging them so much extra.
Refund for my damaged product: 0
Mental Anguish level: 100000000%
Just Blue Dart was: Rs.1000
He charged me for Cheap packing+ using Blue Dart: Rs.7800
it’s more than 600% of actual charge+ rude and horrible customer service.
Never go for such companies, pay a little bit extra and go for the brand, not such cheap companies.
If you are taking movers and packers service from, anyone, by the name Rajkumar Chaudary.
Beaware if you are transferring money to different person during payment of movers and packers, because it might be a sign of fraud.
Beware of such companies!
Update: BlueDart offers door to door moving in metropolitan cities like Pune, Ghaziabad(refer their website)
Don’t go for such fraud companies like Hello India packers and movers.
These people change their business and phone number once they get negative feedback from customers.
