My friend sent a link and say recharge Rs 50 and get Rs 50 Cashback. I am new user so I checked there service teams and conditions.
I have installed helpchat app with that link and create a account. Finally I know that it this is refer to earn link there was written. So I have recharge my number 50 rupees.
But I do not get any cashback till now 5 days gone. So I have chat with there contact centre. I have write many time in chat but four hours later they replied to me and finally said that I can’t solving right now you have to mail us our support centre with screen shot then it will be able to solve. I done it.
But five days gone till now I don’t get any cashback.
I can not satisfied with this support center. Thay are not supporting people who face in problem. Also this app is battery drain app. I have uninstalled.
