I would like to share my disappointing experience with your team. I enrolled in the program in May, but my LMS was not functioning at that time. Despite approving Mr. Rishabh to look into the matter, I did not receive any positive response.
Without resolving the issue, my LMS access was stopped, even though it was known that I had not attended any classes and had already paid 70% of the fee. Later, someone from the admissions team contacted me and assigned me to the morning batch(contact number: 806871xxxx) . I am working so I was not able to attend the morning classes. When I reached out to him, I was advised to connect with the Customer Support team, which I did. There, I was informed that my new batch would begin on 24th September 2025.
However, when I called the Customer Care team today and spoke with Mr. Vivek, I was told that I would need to make an additional payment to access the server. This is extremely concerning, as I was never informed of this requirement earlier.
I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and provide me with a clear resolution. Transparency and timely communication are very important, and I expect a fair solution considering the circumstances.
