Hi guys today am going to review on herbalife formula 1 shake.Am using this shake from last one month it’s really good shake I lost my weight by 3kgs in a month and the nutrition club near to me is very good and I will go to club everyday and I will have my shake.The product has complex carbohydrates, vitamins, proteins and mainly nutrients which gives sufficient energy .Am so happy for it.It has many flavours like vennila, chocolate, mango and many more .It is the best nutritional shake. My suggestion is to have this shake.Thank you
