I go to an Heritage store close to my house often.One in Venkatanarayan Road in Chennai. All the staff are friendly.I have had instances when I bought bread from there only to find a couple of slices missing. They are so stupid they take the slices from top. Their ’Old spice’ after shave bottle pack seal tampered with in most. You have to search for one which has the seal in tact.And worst is their staff staring at your fingers when you punch in the PIN.
Recently, one of the staff, who had a long sob story of being widowed with 3 children wanted a loan of 300 rupees.I did give. And after 20 days she disappeared from the store.When I asked another staff about her whereabouts, she turned back and asked "How much did you give her"? I complained to the store manager.Nothing happened. I called their customer service number and complained.again.Nothing happened.
Hence started to shop from online stores.Wow.What a refreshing experience.They price 15 lesser than MRP. And excellent service. And they don’t ask for loans.
