I had gone there just once, and will never return.
Ambience:
- Had a bad time, ordered but even after 30 minutes, our order didn’t reach the table. On questioning, the person who took the orders didn’t pass on the orders to the cook.
Food Presentation:
- Just the basic food items are being sold at a high price, by writing the names in their own dialect, people from outsite the state doesn’t get what the dish means and thinks of trying everything in the name of authentic local foods.
Customer service:
Nil. If I were to score them out of 10, I would have gone for -10( negative 10) . That much bad the service was.
We were rudely treated after we complained of the delay of our order. From the manager to the waiter, all of them ganged up against us like we committed a crime by raising our voice for the delay and their inefficiency.
Value for money:
There are better restaurants in Guwahati if you want to try authentic Assamese food. Even local dhabas serves better thalis.
