I purchased this vehicle in May-2011. My avg. usage being 25-30KM per day.By now I have used 7000 KM and the battery average has gone down to just 20 KM. I tried reaching out to the company and they say since the warranty period of the battery is over they will not be of any help.
I will have to buy a new one. The new battery cost 14500 INR which will again last for some 1.5 yrs effectively giving me a mileage of Rs.2 /KM which is almost the same as any other two-wheeler that runs on Petrol. No point in buying this Hero Electric product.
