Hi friends this product ’Hero Electric Nyx’is totally worst.i bought it last year on my birthday. It was totally worst product. Once I had to go to out of station in the duration of 20km. When I bought this scooter bike they promised me to the battery supportable for 50-60km but while I start my journey only for 20km, its battery stopped working. I am totally disappointed with this scooter and thier service. They repair all the faults but after 2 days the same condition will ne happen to me. I am very unhappy with this product. Not good services, body parts, etc.
