Nerver Buy HERO ELECTIC BIKE because of its poor quality, poor Customer Care support and poor Service Support.
I bought Hero Zion in Aug 12. Since then I am regularly facing problems. When I purchase this bike then the bike had balance problem. I complaint to the dealer he did nothing the I lodge a complaint with company they gave me Service Engineers mobile no. He took 1 to 1.5 months to attend my complaint.( When force him). He replaced excel pins after that 80% problem solved but bike is not completely OK. After some days my bikes handle stated making sound while moving left to right or right to left. On next service of bike(on 28.11.2012) I told 2 problems 1 Battery problem. in this regards he told me to bring the bike on next service then he will check the battery problem. In response to my other handle related problem. He did nothing and assured me on companys engineers visit he will call me. Till Jan 15 no call I received again I contacted the dealer he gave me service engineers mobile number same day I called service engineer. He told me that his expected visit to the dealers premise on about 25 Jan. About 25 Jan again I called companys service engineer this time he told me that due to service camps he is busy till 15 Feb, 2013. on 14 Feb. I gain made call to Sr. Engineer then he told me that his expected visit will be around 25 Feb.
I am facing handle related problem since 28.11.2012 and till now(14.02.2013) they did nothing and I have to wait till 25 Feb. after that I am sure he will again postpone the date(as per their track record).
SO PLEASE DONT BUY ANY HERO ELECTRIC PRODUCTS.
since last 6 months I faced 1. Balance problem. 2. Battery problem(problem is not solved till now since 28.11.2012) 3. Handle making sound while moving left to right or right to left(Problem is still continue since 28.11.2012)
