My ambition 2003 model had a maintenance after 9 yrs and clocked 94250 km. I have reached a top speed of 105+km/hr. I got max mileage 72kmpl (reserve to reserve, checked several times, on almost constant speed of 45-50kmph). I have done some modifications.
Change of wheels into alloys an rear lengthy swing arm. put front disc break also.the cost of my first engine service was only about 6000 including the parts. availability of parts is much difficult. its very very hard and the only problem I ever faced
