I brought the bike some 4 months before and is doing excellent. But the service part is BIG ZEROI have come across some 5 CBZ extreme bikes with the same problem. The problem is after first or second service the bike goes off in slow speed and no body has the idea why it happens.
The reason is during second service two screws in the cylinder head area must be loosened that not even in a single dealer does I guess. All are interested in selling the bike and not even a single dealer shows interest in consumer satisfaction in service. Really I feel were bad of buying this bike for huge cost because of the worst service skills with the dealers.
So what I suggest is to think twice before investing huge money. Bike is really excellent but these dealers spoils Hero Honda’s name in post service.We cannot expect in mileage because bikes with such a good performance will always give 45 max.Also if we see the rates of the parts Hero Honda is much costler that other vehicles that we have to take into account.
