Desh ki Real Dhadkan

Hero Honda a giant and greatest producer of bikes in the world. Like you have Sony in Audios Hero Honda is a respected Motorcycle producers of some great models. CBZ is a sensation and the coolest bike I have ever driven. I’m writing a review on old CD 100 after Hero Honda Ambition is introduced in the market. We shouldn’t completely discard oldies because they are outdated (remember Old is Gold). After all Ambition is an upgraded version of CD 100 only. Don’t go by the new stupid Advertisement of the Ambition. Its features and working is yet to be known. And I have a faith in all Hero Honda products. Lets hope it will be one the better bike around today and turn on to reviewing CD 100.

We had bought this before the Kawasaki Bajaj Caliber. The market prize of the bike is 42000 similar to Caliber. Now the question is it worth paying such high?

In bikes the worth, value is determined in terms of Engine power, mileage, looks and structure. CD 100 is a 4-stroke, 100 cc bike said in the model number itself. The fuel efficiency is good like that of Caliber. The black colored body is tubular and has a solid structure with steel frames to support the parts from possible damages in case of accidents. Every bike has its own structure for holding the less strong part intact and together for misjudged cases on roads. The guard plays a vital role in vie of the safety issue.

The fuel tank has a capacity of 10 liters, which less than Yamaha Crux and Bajaj Caliber. About 3 liters is for reserve. One thing I forgot to mention in my previous reviews is the oil utilization. 50 ml is utilized for every thousand kilometer. Ground clearance is 145 mm 5 mm less than Caliber and Crux. Still it’s high enough for free ride. 5 mm difference is negligible. So here we are at the end of my third review on motorcycle. I guess I have satisfied the minimum limit required in the competition. I’m not going to stop here; I’ll try and review some good bikes and cars I have driven.

Hero Honda CD 100 I should say is behind in all departments to its competitors but it is a very old model and was a sensation of its own time. We had this bike in 1999. Also we had few problems with maintenance. The suspension became useless in year and the tank also had a leak. So not a good bike in all sense but was good at its time.
