Initially the experience was good. For approx. 2 years it worked well. But once it gets any sort of damage, no world class service can revive it back. Servicing of Hero service centres really is pathetic. One time, the service centre forgot to put oil and charged me of engine oil. Same day, the engine got blast and the local mechanic guy told me that oil is missing. Another time, just a month and few days after servicing, again it started making noise and stopped. Now I got to know jammer/rocker(don’t know what it is) is broken.
Really worst experience of servicing. Don’t buy it ever. Instead go for Activa or any other good bike.
