I am writing a review about the the most popular and loving bike of India "Hero Honda Splendor". I have bought this bike in March 2014. It’s been 2 years since I have been using this bike and believe me or not it is the best bike for Indian road and traffic. It is strongly build and have got a strong engine. The bike have an average looks but the performance is unmatched. It is an ever green vehicle as you can drive it on highway and in local roads as well. Talking about the mileage, it gives a superb average of 75 kmpl. I have tested it my self. Just take the bike and forget about the pain of spending on the fuel. The maintenance value is very low you can run it at low cost. Give a small attention to the bike and it will never let you down. One you got this bike, you don’t have to worry for next 5 years.
One of the best thing which I like is the after sale value of this bike. If you want to sell your old bike then you don’t have to go anywhere however, the buyers will come to you. You will get more than expected for your old splendor. I would rather say that it is very difficult to find a good splendor at low cost. You have to take the pain and have to pay a good amount for a second hand splendor because no one sells this bike. It has a very low servicing cost, you can easily get it serviced at low cost. The service centers are in abundance. The bike have got a very good handling. The head light is pretty decent.
If you talk about the cost, I understand that it is a bit costly as compared to others bikes with same features but it is the best. It has got a very good reputation in Indian market. If you look for the spare parts they are available every where and at low cost. I personally think that it is the bike of an average Indian as you can get each and every thing at a single place. Also, I will like Hero to launch Splendor with 150 cc. It can be a very good bike. At the end I will say that I’m very happy with the bike and will recommend others to buy it. 5 star for the bike.
