Hero Honda Splendor is true economic bike in its class .
I’ll just enumerate some of its merits and de-merits below :
1- Family bike
2- Maintenance cost is low .
3- A very very fuel efficient bike
4- perfectly designed for Indian roads
5- If you are looking for POWER , then splendor is not a bike at all .
6- Top speed depends on your usage and the engine tuning
7- In any case , vibrates at 65 + speed
8- Rear tyres are too narrow
9- All in all a true ’’ FILL IT , SHUT IT AND FORGET IT BIKE’’
Taking about victor in comparison to Splendor
1- The assembling of the bike is pathetic
2- Not too reliable on the mileage front .
3- Power is good , compared to Splendor
4- Wider rear tyres
5- Aerodynamics is not very impressive
6- Engine tune is definitely not pleasant to the ears .
BASIS to make a choice
1- Brand name -- Splendor
2- Economy -- Both are equally ( Not sure of the long term performance about VICTOR )
3- Power -- Definitely not splendor
4- Sentiments -- Depends on the individual ( I would definitely prefer Splendor, ( No swadeshi feeling here ) )
