PRDUCT QUALITY GOOD< dealer service is pathetic

Date: 23/05/2007...In May 2006 I bought one sup splendor (SS) with self start quantum core 125 cc engine. in the first months it all went well still I had to be satisfied with a max average of 65 or so, , even though everyday I travel 30 km on highway where road is clear and I drive at economy speed. The average problem did not concern me as much as the problem with service has started. After my fourth  service after some 25 days I found no oil in the oil level indicator, as far as my knowledge I had told them to check the oil level and top it up, but they had not done it, , I came to know about it casually when one day I checked the level, , when I went to the service centre, they told that oil is very less and filled it up, , and didnt tell how it missed from their side to see the oil level.. then after my last service on 13 may 07 I found that the self start is not working properly, , it is not starting the engine in morning, though I use kick in morningsm but to check the self I am using for past 2-3 days in morning, even after office in late evening it is not self starting properly.


I had told them to top up and charge the battery. But dont know what happened.. This sunday only when I have holiday I am planning to go to service centre to complain to them and god knows what new they have to tell . I feel the service centre is cheating customers and making them come again after free service just for their income, even after servicing I get calls on mobile from service centre that my service is pending.. I am planning to complain against the service centre at a high level like some customer  help place or at Hero Honda corporate  head office where someone can take action against this activities of service centre.


SO please advise me in this regard as I think the hero honda is a very good company and the product is quality product but because of such service centres the product and hero honda they get a bad name. These service centres deliberately do such things so that customer feels that Hero Honda is not good, but I want to solve my problem so please help me..Thanks COOL ravishankar11584@gmail.com
