I bought Hero Maestro Edge this year in January and I am really disappointed with its performance. The biggest problem with it is its pickup. It’s pickup is very bad. It takes a lot of time to pickup a speed of even 50 km/h and it makes a very loud noise while picking up speed.
The dealer of the Hero showroom told me that it gives a mileage of about 58-60kmpl on the highway and in the city its about 50-55 kmpl but until now I haven’t observed it’s mileage even close to those numbers. I mostly drive it in the city where I am getting a mileage of about40-45 kmpl and its very disappointing.
The only good thing about this ride is that it has wide and comfortable seats so even on long journeys, you wont get too much tired.
Its looks are also good. The fuel tank opening on the back is a good thing and you dont have to get up from the seat for refuelling.
In terms of features its good, but in terms of performance it is really disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this vehicle. You may want to consider other options available in the market such as Activa and TVS Jupiter.
