I am proud owner of Hero passion X pro byke but the byke has many negative features. Firstly in our salkia and howrah workshops there is non-availability of spares and fittings. I was a user of BAJA two wheeler previously but my relatives and friends told to try hero.
But I see that this particular model was sold to me in January 2013 without leg guard which is a safety feature. And after 2 years of searching at authorised service centre and open market now a few days ago I got the leg guard and now a simple yoke is not available at three service centres in howrah and neither in the open market.
I think hero should stop praising itself of selling millions of bykes if they are not able to provide basic spares like YOKE at their INDIA ENGINEERING service centre at SALKIA HOWRAH.
