When there was a partnership between hero and honda a scooty is launched pleasure. that time I bought this. it has been 5 years completed. I share it my personal experience. My scooty’s horn is damaged and I go service centre they cut the slip for replacing the horn and charged for it. next day horn is properly worked but after 2-3 days it stopped.
They repeated this thing 3-4 times. then I complaint to showroom’s manager after they took serious action. their main motive is gain money and money from customers. I have no problem from scooty but the main problem is their customer service. It’s features is light control and easy to ride. It’ fuel efficiency is 63 kmpl. it have light weight and best for women’s.
