An all new 110cc engine has been used for this bike. It is no longer horizontal, the position has been made more steep. The engine has been painted black and this makes it look premium. The engine refinement is good and Hero has done a good job with the tuning. There is ample of power in the engine, especially when considering this segment. The gearshifts are smooth and seamless. .The Hero Splendor iSmart 110 is being offered with iSmart technology. However, this engine is a BS-IV engine. So, there will be a drop in fuel efficiency. The iSmart 110 will be returning out 68 km/l, which is much lesser than the other 110cc bikes
