Ive been waiting for my 3rd service for 3 weeks now. I am talking to 4 different people and there is no internal communication between themselves. One person redirects to second person and second person redirects to third person and so on. Any one of these people can then make up an excuse about why your service didnt happen.
I got slots confirmed 3 times and all 3 times nobody showed up. When asked, they had different excuse every time. First time the technician went on sick leave, second time it was assigned to wrong branch and third time they didnt even bother to give an explanation.
