I had requested for 2 services. Deep cleaning and pest control service.
Deep cleaning was done a day after the scheduled day. This was outsourced
and they had done a good job. The next day, pest control service was supposed to come.
I had confirmation, but they didn’t show up and again wanted to postpone to next day. I was so tired, that I had cancelled this appointment.
The communication between back end and operations is not at all good.
