I just have to say that please take godrej hi care services for pest management only if u wish to cry. First day when i called their call center for inquiry they explained all the things to me the rate n everythng and i agreed for the services. The next day i received a call from the company to fix the time of carrying out the work. The person came on time, did the needful job.
They spray sum chemical in your rooms[only on borders] and put a gel in cupboards and in kitchen.this was the first service and they came on time bcoz you have to pay the full amount on the first day of ur contract. Now the main story starts, after that day i didn’t see an cockroaches in my house, but my relief was not long lasting, after a few days i started seeing as many cockroaches as before. Now, till date i have made 14 call to their call center and i have even spoken to their highest official but still no proper response. Godrej only has its name i dnt know how.
They don’t believe in customer service.
Ps: After the spraying of the chemical all the cockroaches come out of hidden corners n go into ur mouth when you sleep.actually they are supposed to be dead.
