I am from Hyderabad and used Godrej Hi Care service for treatment of termites in my house. Costed me several thousand rupees. I chose Godrej thinking that it is reputed company known for it’s brand.
Well, I could not have made a bigger mistake. They promised to inspect the house with some modern equipment, but did not do ANY inspection. After they treated the house, I had termites back in the house within 3 months and lost personal belongings that I cannot put a price tag on. I called them several times after that, but they did not show up for service until I made several calls. When they did, they walked in with no tools. They had no idea what needed to be done. Customer service and their overall service is terrible.
Their technicians are not trained. The brochure looks good, but they do not have anything that they claim in the brochure. They are taking the customers for a ride of their life. I had PCI person come and take a look as well. He did a much better job of inspecting the house. I am spending a few thousands again to get the house treated by PCI.
