Am sure you agree with me if I say "Holidays are to enjoy & relax ourselves from our daily hectic routine" which was not the case during my recent stay in Highland Shoreline.
Electric Shock: when we checked in the resort “ Electric Shock” welcomed us in the bath room. Both me & my wife complained about this & then they rectified.
Whole night: There was no power, In spite there was a Generator … our room did not have power (not sure what was the problem with the generator). You can envision our state with heat & the lots mosquitoes enjoying our blood.
Rooms: Rooms are not maintained neatly…. saw few lizards around the bed…. Pool water was not maintained too
Morning Coffee: I wanted a cup of coffee at around 8.30AM in the morning for which the manager informed he will be able to cater it only after 9.30 AM. With all these said & done, the picture in website & the reality is very much different for the money we pay!
I think I have screwed up my vacation by choosing to stay in this place.
