** Intro: **when I write a review abt ne restaurant providing good food not only the 1 I am abt 2 review here it sets my taste buds to work making me realize the delightful pleasures a good meal at a restaurant can provide.now, coming back 2 highway goamantak, since I am a guy who has konkan roots I admit I am going 2 b a bit biased here(also, the fact tat I love seafood makes me even more biased).
**Wat it’s abt:**so, this restaurant certainly isnt abt elegance, ambience n stuff like tat.neither is it abt a place which is hip n cool n frequented by the vvips.but wat this place does provide is fantastic, traditional & pleasant tasting sea food delicacies which r prepared frm the heart 4 ppl appreciative of gud food.add 2 tat sum old koli(marathi fisherman 4 the uninitiated)numbers n u r taken back into a period which was free of the stresses n tensions of modern life.
**Food:**Ok, now widout wasting ne more time let me com 2 the most important part.if u r fan of seafood u get literally all kinds of seafood here(of course not everything is available everyday).all dishes r prepared in goan style or konkan style which use coconut as an important ingredient.if u r planning 2 go ther 4 the 1st time don 4get 2 try out the assorted range of curries(also known as human) or the fried prawns.if u r looking 4 sumthin different try out fried shenane(green mussels) or teesra(sheels) sukhe which is shells cooked in a lightly flavoured coconut gravy.the thalis r a speciality here n yes I 4got 2 mention tat although this is a sea food restarurant, the chicken thali is a real good bet 2.n if u r looking 4 dessert try out the well liked kharwas(though not sumthing il ike though).
**Service:**awesome service 2 b really honest.extremely quick n efficient, this is also 1 of the reasons y this restaurant is preferred by many.

Conclusion:**as u can infer frm above I hav a strong bias towards this place but I really cant help it 4 reasons I already stated(n also coz its a wonderful place).though in recent times the prices hav been continually rising, it still remains an all time favourite.
