Just within 1 month the DVR failed to work. Sent for repairs and RMA/support emails are not responded. There is ZERO email / phone support and whatsapp support is a joke. The automated reply is always the same and there’s no human to respond to whatsapp chats. All money went down the drain. Exploring a reliable CCTV vendor. Was a mistake to go with Hikvision. They don’t respond to even tweets on Twitter! Shame.
