I had purchased 8 channel DVR and 6 720p cameras in october, 2015. Since then every month one or the other camera goes "no video". First couple of times the dealer responded
and "fixed" the problem, but there on every month it happened. Three months onwards, the dealer stopped answering phones completely. No response, **all signs of a thief.** Since then the dvr has never been continuosly online for 2 days in a row. Every other day it would go offline. *Then I called the customer care "1800-222-699", it never connects.* Then I emailed them on their national and international cells. No response. Then I read an article, where it says that its a bogus company, running a scam for quiet some time. The only reason they are successful is because most of the "distributors" and dealers run in the grey market, and the dealers have no vat no mentioned on their bills. So you can’t prove and catch them.
They are able to do this because of weak govt. will to stop grey trade.
Since the local police and tax authorities are with them. To many of you of who read this might feel, what is the big issue here. well, think about this, the next time you feel cheated of your money the least you would do is warn someone else’s money to be wasted. So make sure
Buy from a legitimate dealer who has a valid VAT, CST No.
Before buying do a background check of the company and dealer(lots of false promises)
Always pay via cheque.
