Dont ever plan to take admission in himachal pradesh university.i have done this mistake but for you my suggestion is avoid this university.
I am doing my b.com from hpu and this year its my last semester.they have started a new education system in colleges i.e CBCS choice based credit system.this is very bad system for students and only have harms.in this system there is 3-4 months semester in which 20-25 lectures take place.teachers cant even complete their half syllabus.students have to study some subjects combined in which all streams students attend lecture together.teachers doesnt have time to complete thier syllabus so how can they arrange extracurricular programs.it is government university and in every fourth month students have to deposit fees and take admissions in fresh sem.which is very difficult for student from poor family.this university has taken right to educate from many students by hiking their fees.think 100 times before taking admission in HPU.
