We had lost a huge amount of shares of Hindustan lever about 25 years back and we are getting the yearly dividends but they are refusing to give back the shares. They have asked us to withdraw the case from the court, only after which they will give the shares back.
We have withdrawn the case but we are unable to show a proof. I don’t know what to do, and how to get our shares back.
