I Mark Dsouza (Customer:1904115111).Ihave given my samples on 07th April 2019 morningat 06:05am and where I got my report on 08th late night with incorrect and overlapping detail.
I kept on chasing Hindustan Wellness customer services complete day for making correct on my reports but there was falls commitment were made regarding there service and output of reports.
Today on 09th again in called up for my report with correction and again they have given commitment for next 2hours .
It’s was really very pathecticservices from "Hindustan Wellness" as due to irresponsible attitude, my appointment has been extended.
Attached is the format of report shared by Hindustan Wellness which is not acceptable by any reputed hospitals.
