i am sharing a very good experience of mine with hindware . I am using the water closet from last 15 years. last week it started leaking , I call a local plumber to resolve it , but he could not solve the problem then I went to dealer so told me to contact company hindware.
I called the service center at 60606677 , around 2 pm I got a call from SVC , saying plumber will be visiting by 4 pm. when I opened the door for plumber , I got very happy to see very well groomed & dressed peroson. he was looking like engineer. he was master in his field , he resolved the problem in minuts and charged only few rupees . I am very happy with the support provided by Hindware . I think they are the only company in sanitaryware field who is providing service. I am sure otherswill agree with my point of view.
