I will tell you my personal experience about this product. I bought this product last 3 month ago. look wise this product are good but it is very worthless in the term of working. During cooking time it doesn't absorb the vapour properly. that's why bit difficult to use.
Style and design wise it's superb, its finishing very clean. It can be easily applied anywhere in the house and it's very light weight chimney.
service & support are ok ok I have complained many time on their customers care but I could not fine any solution from there.
According to my opinion it's useless and waste of money.
